Obvious Wines currently only ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY, DC

For orders with 1-4 bottles, they will be packaged in a box with packaged in a box with pulp trays. For orders with 5+ bottles, they will be packaged in a box with Styrofoam to avoid breakage in transport.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping time estimates depend on your location within the U.S. However, orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Because of shipping regulations, estimated delivery times to NY and TN are 7-14 days.

Adult signature (21+) is required for receipt of shipment. The recipient or a resident of the recipient's address is required to show a form of photo ID to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

As an adult signature is required, you are able to ship to any home or office address. However, we are not able to send packages to PO addresses without a recipient available for signature at delivery.

As an adult signature is required, the courier (UPS, fedEx, etc) will attempt to deliver up to 3 times before it is returned to us. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, please email our customer service team so that we may refund the cost of your purchase, less any return shipping and handling costs.

Obvious Wines bottles contain a minimum amount of sugar, coming naturally from fermenting the grapes. As most are on the dry side, they each have less than 1-2 grams of residual sugar per liter.

Once the bottle is open, place the cork or capsule back on the bottle. You can store the wine in a fridge and enjoy the wine for a few more days (2 days after opening Red Wine, 3 days after opening White Wine/Rosé).

We recommend to drink these wines within 12 months, but you can still drink them past 12 months, if stored properly in an obscure location and at a temperature ranging from 55 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

You will be charged when you sign up and then you will be charged every (other) month (depending on the frequency you choose: every 1, 2 or 3 months), on the same day you signed up - i.e.: May 4, June 4, etc. When your wine is billed you will receive an email confirming the charge and then another confirming the shipment. A third email with tracking information will be sent when the wine is on its way to you!

No, there's no time commitment for the membership. You can cancel it at any time!

Yes! Instead of canceling your membership, you may place your shipment on hold. Please reach out to us directly and we will assist you in pausing your membership. wecare@obviouswines.com
