UVAS Cabernet Sauvignon is a distinct wine from the Maipú region of Mendoza, Argentina. Crafted by winemakers María Eugenia Baigorria and Sergio Gimenez, this wine benefits from the region’s alluvial soils and a dry, continental climate with great sun exposure that allows for perfect ripening.

Tasting Notes: Deep claret with reddish hues, this wine displays a fine mix of aromatic herbs, pepper, and red fruits on the nose. The palate features smooth and thick tannins, delivering a long, drawn-out, velvety finish

Eco-Friendly Practices: The vineyards are cultivated using vertical shoot position trellising and drip irrigation. Pre-bottling operations include filtration with diatoms and membranes.
